Role Summary
The Specialist, Meeting Compliance & Disclosure is responsible for supporting the global meeting and congress process. This role ensures compliance audits align with company policies related to meetings and congresses, operating within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that support the compliance and disclosure processes for meetings and congresses. You will work closely with various teams to ensure adherence to company policies and contribute to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support global meeting and congress compliance audits.
- Ensure alignment with company policies related to meetings and congresses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance processes.
- Analyze data and generate reports for compliance tracking.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training materials.
- Monitor and evaluate compliance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Provide support in the use of compliance-related software tools.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Science, Economy, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in basic accounting, accounts payable, finance, or business administration.
Ability to speak, read, and write in English and/or Mandarin.
Strong attention to detail and orientation towards process improvement.
Experience with SAP, Veeva, CVEN.
