The Senior Medical Affairs Specialist is responsible for developing and executing Medical Affairs Plans and acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders. The role involves adapting global medical priorities to local contexts and driving medical initiatives, including real-world data generation and educational programs.
The Sr. MSL/Medical Advisor is responsible for developing and executing Medical Affairs Plans for assigned assets within the country. This role acts as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders to facilitate scientific exchange, advance therapeutic knowledge, and inform portfolio strategies. The Sr. MSL/Medical Advisor adapts global medical priorities to local contexts and drives initiatives such as real-world data generation and medical educational programs, potentially managing multiple countries depending on company strategies.
MD, PhD, PharmD, or pharmacist degree required.
2-3 years of in-field customer facing experience and pharmaceutical industry experience is desired.
Knowledge of local pharmaceutical industry guidelines, regulatory and reimbursement framework, and clinical research guidelines.
Ability to think strategically and develop asset value propositions and clinical evidence.
Ability to establish and engage a network of scientific leaders and key stakeholders within therapy areas.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, both written and oral.
Results-oriented approach to project management with strong prioritization skills and business acumen.
Ability to collaborate effectively across functions in a matrix environment.
