You will support leads in creating change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and communication interventions. Utilizing data analytics and modern change tools, you will conduct impact analyses and drive adoption while collaborating with client leadership to align on behavioral shifts and measure business benefits realization.
Minimum 3 years of prior consulting and/or professional services experience.
Background in HR, Talent Management, or Human Capital effectiveness.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments.
Comfortable working with digital solutions in technology-driven environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for senior audience engagement.
