This role is a Supply Chain Operations Analyst position at Accenture that focuses on managing supply chain operations including order, supply, and demand planning activities. The role involves problem-solving, interaction with peers and clients, supporting reporting and compliance tasks, and managing processes related to orders and returns.
This role involves analyzing and solving routine problems within the supply chain operations, with responsibilities that may impact own work and that of others. The position requires interaction with peers and some client contacts, participation in meetings to provide insights on orders, supply, and issues, and support for various reporting, demand planning, allocation management, launch/end-of-life management, order scrubbing, and returns/credits/debits processes. The role also includes support for regulatory and compliance activities such as new customer onboarding and updating master data.
Ability to analyze and solve routine problems within supply chain operations.
Capability to interact with peers and some client contacts effectively.
Skills to participate in meetings and provide insights on order, supply, and related issues.
Ability to support reporting and metrics related to channel leads and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge to assist in demand planning and allocation management.
Competence in launch and end-of-life management tasks as applicable.
Ability to manage order scrubbing and resolve order/delivery issues.
Experience in managing returns, credits, debits, and payment projections.
Capacity to support regulatory and compliance tasks including customer onboarding and data updates.
