The Supply Chain Ops Analyst (Channel Management) - Japanese Speaker is responsible for analyzing and solving routine problems within supply chain operations. This role involves significant interaction with peers and clients, contributing to various operational processes and compliance activities.

In this position, you will engage in day-to-day supply chain operations, providing insights and support for various processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient order management and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and solve routine problems within supply chain operations.
• Interact effectively with peers and client contacts.
• Participate in meetings to provide insights on orders, supply, and related issues.
• Support reporting and metrics related to channel leads and cross-functional teams.
• Assist in demand planning and allocation management.
• Manage launch and end-of-life management tasks as applicable.
• Oversee order scrubbing and resolve order/delivery issues.
• Manage returns, credits, debits, and payment projections.
• Support regulatory and compliance tasks including customer onboarding and data updates.
