Role Summary
The System Analyst - RPA (Blue Prism) is responsible for supporting Robotic Process Automation initiatives within the Shared Platform domain. This junior-level role involves collaborating with developers and business stakeholders to implement effective automation solutions.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include gathering and documenting business requirements while working closely with various teams. You will play a crucial part in the development and implementation of automation solutions in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with developers to implement automation solutions.
- Translate requirements into Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Process Design Documents (PDD), and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
- Support solution design and system analysis for RPA workflows.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test planning and execution.
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to users and support teams.
- Liaise continuously with business teams for feedback and improvement opportunities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience working with RPA tools such as Blue Prism.
Strong analytical skills.
Good understanding of system workflows and documentation standards.
