The Senior System Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining critical computer systems to ensure their stability, integrity, and efficient operation. This role involves system provisioning, installation, configuration, and ongoing management of Linux and Windows systems, as well as server infrastructure services.
The System Lead Administrator is responsible for the provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of system hardware, software, and related infrastructure. This role supports Linux and Windows systems that underpin the organization's core information systems, ensuring their stability, integrity, and efficient operation. The System Lead Administrator also manages server infrastructure services including monitoring, patching, and systems management, and participates in technical research and development to foster innovation within the infrastructure.
Experience with Linux and Windows system administration.
Ability to perform system provisioning, installation, and configuration.
Skills in server infrastructure management including monitoring and patching.
Knowledge in IT security services such as firewall, antivirus, VPN, and security update management.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide consultation to development teams.
Capability to support incident discussion and resolution.
Experience maintaining and updating technical documentation for audit purposes.
Ability to work as part of a team and provide 7x24 support when required.
Skills in knowledge sharing and guiding new staff members.
Ability to develop and deploy enterprise security plans including software patching and usage policies.
