This role supports both Linux and Windows systems that are critical to the organization's core information systems, ensuring their stability and efficient operation.

In this role, you will engage in the daily management of system hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You will work in a collaborative environment, supporting various teams and contributing to the overall innovation within the infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provision and install system hardware and software.
- Configure and maintain Linux and Windows systems.
- Monitor server infrastructure services for performance and reliability.
- Manage patching and systems management activities.
- Conduct technical research and development to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide consultation to development teams.
- Maintain and update technical documentation for audit purposes.
Job Requirements
Experience with Linux and Windows system administration.
Ability to perform system provisioning, installation, and configuration.
Knowledge in IT security services such as firewall, antivirus, VPN, and security update management.
Experience maintaining and updating technical documentation.
Ability to work as part of a team and provide 7x24 support when required.
