Role Summary

The Systems Engineer is responsible for planning, maintaining, troubleshooting, and designing telecom applications and services for TNS. This role involves managing high availability systems and resolving complex interoperability issues in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Job Description

The Systems Engineer will engage in day-to-day activities that include integrating applications with monitoring tools and developing KPIs for performance management. The role requires a proactive approach to ensure the reliability and efficiency of telecom services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and design telecom applications and services.
  • Maintain high availability systems to ensure operational continuity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex interoperability issues.
  • Integrate applications with monitoring tools for performance tracking.
  • Develop and implement KPIs for performance management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members.

Job Requirements

Fluent in English.

10+ years of IT engineering experience.

Extensive experience with Linux-based production platforms.

Deep understanding of systems and IP networking for distributed platforms.

Solid experience with AWS-based solutions and cloud architectures.

Experience with monitoring and analytics tools like Nagios.
