Job Description
The Systems Engineer will engage in day-to-day activities that include integrating applications with monitoring tools and developing KPIs for performance management. The role requires a proactive approach to ensure the reliability and efficiency of telecom services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and design telecom applications and services.
- Maintain high availability systems to ensure operational continuity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex interoperability issues.
- Integrate applications with monitoring tools for performance tracking.
- Develop and implement KPIs for performance management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
Job Requirements
Fluent in English.
10+ years of IT engineering experience.
Extensive experience with Linux-based production platforms.
Deep understanding of systems and IP networking for distributed platforms.
Solid experience with AWS-based solutions and cloud architectures.
Experience with monitoring and analytics tools like Nagios.
