
The Talent Acquisition Intern is responsible for supporting the recruitment process within the APAC Talent Acquisition team. This role involves collaborating with local HR teams and hiring managers to enhance candidate sourcing and employer branding efforts.
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will engage in various recruitment activities, including job postings and interview coordination, while fostering relationships with candidates. You will also participate in employer branding projects and manage data within the applicant tracking system.
Key Responsibilities:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
Basic understanding of applicant tracking systems.
Strong communication skills.
Willingness to learn and participate in team projects.
