The Talent Acquisition Intern supports the APAC Talent Acquisition team, local HR team, and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including job posting and interview coordination. The role involves acting as a point of contact to build candidate relationships, supporting candidate sourcing on LinkedIn and other social media, participating in Employer Branding projects, and managing data in the applicant tracking system.
Ability to support recruitment and coordination activities.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
Ability to manage data in applicant tracking systems.
Good communication skills for building candidate relationships.
Willingness to participate in team and employer branding projects.
Ability to work effectively with HR teams and hiring managers.
