The Talent Attraction Specialist is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment for high-impact business units. This role plays a crucial part in identifying top talent and enhancing the employer brand through strategic recruitment initiatives.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage in daily recruitment activities, collaborating with various business units to attract and secure top talent. You will also manage recruitment dashboards and participate in external events such as career fairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple business units.
  • Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Manage recruitment dashboards and provide insights on hiring metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to influence hiring decisions.
  • Participate in external recruitment events and career fairs.
  • Support recruitment-related projects to enhance employer branding.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 6-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

Strong track record in hiring for mid to senior roles.

Experience in hiring for enterprise, corporate, and commercial functions.

Proficient in Excel and recruitment reporting tools.
