This role involves collaborating with global clients in a fast-paced consulting environment to enhance organizational performance.

In this role, you will engage in analyzing complex datasets and building interactive dashboards to present actionable recommendations. You will work closely with clients to define people strategies and apply statistical methodologies.

Job Requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
Minimum 1 to 6 years of experience in business data analysis and workforce transformation programs.
Expert proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and DAX.
Strong background in statistical methodologies and data fluency.
Proficiency in R-Programming and knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in English.
