Job Description
You will join the Talent & Organization practice as a Custom Analytics Consultant, utilizing HR analytics and Power BI to deliver strategic workforce insights. Responsibilities include analyzing complex datasets, building interactive dashboards, and presenting actionable recommendations to improve organizational performance. You will collaborate with global clients to define people strategies, apply statistical methodologies, and link behavioral science concepts to talent outcomes while working within a fast-paced consulting environment.
Job Requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
Minimum 1 to 6 years of experience in business data analysis and workforce transformation programs.
Expert proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and DAX.
Strong background in statistical methodologies and data fluency.
Proficiency in R-Programming and knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in English.
Ability to thrive in non-structured environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
