The Teaching Fellow / Senior Teaching Fellow is responsible for supporting the delivery of innovative and excellent teaching, learning, and assessment experiences for students. This role significantly contributes to research activities and educational quality within the academic environment.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day teaching and assessment activities while collaborating with colleagues to enhance the learning experience for undergraduate and postgraduate students. You will also participate in research initiatives and support educational management within the School.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of innovative teaching and learning experiences.
- Contribute to research activities and build a publication record.
- Assist in the management of educational and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with external organizations to enhance research impact.
- Participate in translational research to foster partnerships.
- Support Outcome-Based Education (OBE) initiatives.
- Engage in mentoring and professional development activities.
Job Requirements
Relevant academic qualifications in education or a related field.
Progress in PhD training or equivalent research experience.
Experience in teaching at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Understanding of accreditation processes.
