Job Description
The Teaching Fellow / Senior Teaching Fellow role involves supporting the delivery of innovative and excellent teaching, learning, and assessment experiences for undergraduate and/or postgraduate students. The role also includes contributing to research activities within the School, starting to build a publication record or making satisfactory progress in PhD training, and supporting collaborations with other universities and external organizations to enhance research impact and educational quality. Additionally, the position entails supporting management of education, research, and administration in the School and participating or being mentored in translational research to foster external partnerships and outputs such as commercialisation or improved practice and policy. Support for Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and accreditation matters may also be required.
Job Requirements
Excellent communication skills for teaching and collaboration.
Ability to contribute to research and develop a publication record or progress on PhD training.
Capability to support educational and administrative management in an academic environment.
Willingness to participate in translational research and external collaborations.
Understanding of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and accreditation processes.
