The Technical Sales/Business Development Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships. This role significantly impacts the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.

Job Description

In this position, you will engage with clients daily, providing them with tailored solutions and support. You will work in a dynamic environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Present, promote, and negotiate solutions through technical presentations.
  • Provide comprehensive pre- and post-sales support, including technical assistance and training.
  • Manage sales operations and reporting by maintaining customer information.
  • Prepare reports and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Support marketing events to promote products and services.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.

Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Own transport and willingness to travel for business trips.

Experience in technical sales, preferably in the motors/motion control or steel industry, is a plus.
