This role is for a Technical Sales/Business Development Executive responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. The position involves providing tailored support to clients and managing various sales operations to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and business growth.
The Technical Sales/Business Development Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships by managing client needs and providing support to ensure long-term satisfaction. The role also involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the customer base and maximize regional client potential. This position includes presenting, promoting, and negotiating solutions through technical presentations, product education, quotations, and contract negotiations. Additionally, the executive provides comprehensive pre- and post-sales support including technical assistance, training, and account follow-up, as well as managing sales operations and reporting by maintaining customer information, preparing reports, collaborating with internal teams, and supporting marketing events.
Bachelors degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin, especially when dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Own transport and willingness to travel for business trips.
Experience in technical sales, preferably in the motors/motion control or steel industry, is a plus.
