Job Description
As a Test Lead specializing in Cards and Payments, you will engage in manual end-to-end business process assurance while utilizing various testing tools. You will work closely with teams to manage testing activities effectively and ensure the delivery of high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead testing efforts for web services and business processes.
- Conduct manual end-to-end business process assurance.
- Utilize tools such as SNOW, RALLY, HP ALM, and Jira for test management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the testing process.
- Manage testing activities in a hybrid work environment.
- Report on test metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
Job Requirements
Strong expertise in WebServices Testing and Test Metrics and Reporting.
Proficiency in using SNOW, RALLY, HP ALM, and Jira for test management.
Experience in Manual E2E Business Process Assurance within the Cards and Payments domain.
Solid understanding of testing tools and frameworks.
Basic programming skills to support testing activities.
Proven track record of successful testing in a hybrid work model.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
ISTQB Certified Tester or Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP) certification.
