Job Description
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day technical support and maintenance activities, working closely with a team of experts. You will be expected to troubleshoot issues and develop strategies to enhance system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing technical support for production and development systems.
- Perform level 1 and level 2 troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage a technical team as a subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to make key decisions and provide solutions.
- Develop strategies for optimizing database performance.
- Ensure data integrity and resolve database issues.
- Maintain security and backup procedures for databases.
- Stay updated on industry trends in database administration.
Job Requirements
Advanced proficiency in Sybase Database Administration.
Recommended advanced proficiency in IT Infrastructure Operations.
Suggested advanced knowledge of Server Architectures and Server Operating Systems.
Experience with Infrastructure Event Management.
Familiarity with Android Middleware at an advanced level.
Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
