Job Description
The role of TH FTE_IMS_DBA and Middleware Lead involves providing ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products across various platforms. The position requires handling hardware and software support at the operating system level, performing level 1 and level 2 troubleshooting, and managing a team as a subject matter expert. Collaboration with multiple teams to make key decisions and provide solutions is expected. Proficiency in Sybase Database Administration is required, along with advanced knowledge in IT Infrastructure Operations, Server Architectures, Server Operating Systems, Infrastructure Event Management, and Android Middleware. Job Requirements
Advanced proficiency in Sybase Database Administration.
Recommended advanced proficiency in IT Infrastructure Operations.
Suggested advanced knowledge of Server Architectures and Server Operating Systems.
Experience with Infrastructure Event Management.
Familiarity with Android Middleware at an advanced level.
Ability to provide level 1 and level 2 troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
