Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily tasks that involve managing and analyzing customer data using MS Excel, while working closely with your team to address customer issues. The position includes rotational shifts and operates in a hybrid work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer data using MS Excel to identify trends and insights.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Support the customer management process by providing data-driven recommendations.

Job Requirements
Must have strong technical skills in MS Excel.
Must have domain experience in Customer Management within the Life Sciences sector.
Must have experience in Complaint Management within the Life Sciences sector.
Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Should be detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
