Role Summary
The Trust & Safety New Associate is responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of generative AI models. This role involves collaborating with engineering teams in a fast-paced environment to identify vulnerabilities and support data operations.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include designing test plans, performing assessments, and reporting bugs within AI products. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and maintain the integrity of generative AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test plans for AI products.
- Perform vulnerability assessments to identify potential risks.
- Report bugs and issues within generative AI models.
- Support data operations for model training and improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on product launches and updates.
- Execute red-team tests to uncover security loopholes.
- Work closely with engineering teams to enhance model safety and robustness.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
0 to 1 year of experience in content management, red teaming, or anti-abuse.
Familiarity with generative AI security and ethics.
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.
Ability to work fully on-site five days a week at the KL Sentral office.
Self-starter attitude with a strong interest in AI alignment and experimentation.
