The Trust & Safety Operations Lead (Indonesian Speaker) is responsible for leading a team of approximately 100 headcount, including Team Leaders and Content Moderators. The role involves overseeing the analysis and review of user-generated content such as profiles, audio, videos, and text, as well as managing investigations and issue resolution related to content flagged by users or systems. Due to the nature of the work, resilience and coping skills are essential for handling exposure to objectionable and sensitive content. The position also includes responsibilities such as ensuring business governance through SLA and KPI compliance, leading projects for business improvements, managing daily task guidance, conducting performance reviews, coordinating training and quality initiatives, maintaining SOPs and documentation, holding individual team member meetings, and managing attendance and leave systems.
Strong resilience and coping skills necessary to manage exposure to sensitive and objectionable content.
Ability to lead and manage a large team including Team Leaders and Content Moderators.
Experience in business governance including SLA and KPI management.
Capability to initiate and lead projects that improve and sustain business operations.
Skills in data analysis and articulation for proactive forecasting and decision making.
Competence in conducting team meetings and performance reviews regularly.
Collaboration skills to work with training and quality teams on improvement plans.
Experience in creating and managing standard operating procedures and process documentation.
Ability to provide coaching and support through individual connects with team members.
Competence in performance reporting and attendance tracking management.
