
The Trust & Safety Operations Lead (Indonesian Speaker) is responsible for leading a large team focused on ensuring the safety and integrity of user-generated content. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a secure online environment while managing sensitive content and driving operational excellence.
In this role, you will oversee a team of approximately 100 individuals, including Team Leaders and Content Moderators, ensuring effective analysis and review of user-generated content. You will manage investigations and issue resolution related to flagged content while fostering a resilient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong resilience and coping skills to manage exposure to sensitive content.
Proven experience in leading and managing large teams.
Background in business governance including SLA and KPI management.
Experience in project management for operational improvements.
Competence in data analysis and decision-making.
Ability to conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Experience in creating and managing standard operating procedures.
