The Trust & Safety Operations Team Lead (Indonesian) is responsible for leading a team of Content Moderators who analyze and review user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content, as well as investigate, escalate, and resolve issues reported by users or flagged by the system. This role requires strong resilience and coping skills due to potential exposure to objectionable and sensitive content, and involves supporting the health and well-being of the team members through active participation in designated well-being programs.
