Trust & Safety Operations Team Lead (Indonesian) – Accenture Malaysia

The Trust & Safety Operations Team Lead (Indonesian) is responsible for leading a team of Content Moderators who analyze and review user-generated content. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a safe online environment while supporting the well-being of team members.

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of a team dedicated to content moderation, ensuring that user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content are thoroughly analyzed and reviewed. You will also be involved in addressing user-reported issues and fostering a supportive work environment for your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Content Moderators effectively.
• Analyze and review various types of user-generated content.
• Investigate, escalate, and resolve issues reported by users or flagged by the system.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans.
• Collaborate with training and quality teams to identify training needs and process improvements.
• Create and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Organize task guidance, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Conduct meetings, provide coaching, and report performance.
