Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of a team dedicated to content moderation, ensuring that user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content are thoroughly analyzed and reviewed. You will also be involved in addressing user-reported issues and fostering a supportive work environment for your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Content Moderators effectively.
- Analyze and review various types of user-generated content.
- Investigate, escalate, and resolve issues reported by users or flagged by the system.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans.
- Collaborate with training and quality teams to identify training needs and process improvements.
- Create and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
- Organize task guidance, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Conduct meetings, provide coaching, and report performance.
Job Requirements
Strong leadership skills to manage and guide a team effectively.
Experience in content moderation or a related field.
Strong resilience and coping skills to handle objectionable and sensitive content.
Ability to work with performance data and produce reports for business reviews.
Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.
