The Trust & Safety Operations Team Lead (Japanese) is responsible for leading a team of Content Moderators who analyze and review user-generated content including profiles, audio, videos, and text. The role involves managing investigations, escalations, and issue resolution related to flagged content, requiring resilience due to exposure to sensitive material. The position also includes leading daily team meetings, guiding task management, driving performance to meet SLAs and KPIs, conducting performance reviews, collaborating on training and quality improvements, managing documentation, and supporting team members through regular individual meetings.

Job Requirements

Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

Skill in conducting regular performance reviews and implementing improvement plans.

Experience in coordinating training needs and quality assessments.
