The Trust & Safety Senior Analyst - Quality Auditing (Mandarin Speaking) is responsible for quality assurance in content moderation, including analyzing and reviewing various types of user-generated content and ensuring adherence to defined policy guidelines. The role involves enforcing quality standards, providing timely feedback, coaching analysts, and driving process improvements while managing potentially sensitive or graphic content. The position requires active participation in well-being programs due to the challenging nature of content moderation and includes collaboration with the core operations team and clients to maintain service levels and resolve escalations.
Job Requirements
Experience and in-depth understanding of content moderation guidelines and policies specific to the platform or industry.
Familiarity with various types of online content, including text, images, videos, and audio.
Attention to detail in identifying inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.
Ability to interpret and apply content moderation policies consistently and accurately.
Skill in making well-informed and consistent content approval or rejection decisions.
Capability to assess potential risks associated with various types of content.
Basic data analysis skills to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for delivering training and engaging with clients.
Knowledge of quality assurance processes and best practices for maintaining content standards.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, or Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides with advanced skills in creating reports.
Ability to conduct root cause analysis, provide feedback, and manage coaching logs.
Awareness of and respect for diverse cultures and perspectives in training delivery.
Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills.
Ability to perform duties objectively and without bias, aligned with client policies.
