Role Summary
The Trust & Safety Senior Analyst - Quality Auditing (Mandarin Speaking) is responsible for ensuring quality assurance in content moderation. This role involves analyzing user-generated content and enforcing adherence to policy guidelines while managing sensitive content.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage in daily content moderation tasks, collaborating with the core operations team and clients to maintain service levels. You will also participate in well-being programs to support the challenging nature of the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and review user-generated content for compliance with policy guidelines.
- Enforce quality standards and provide timely feedback to content moderators.
- Coach and mentor analysts to improve their performance.
- Drive process improvements to enhance content moderation efficiency.
- Manage potentially sensitive or graphic content with care.
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve escalations effectively.
- Participate in well-being programs to support mental health in content moderation.
Job Requirements
In-depth understanding of content moderation guidelines and policies.
Experience in analyzing various types of online content.
Strong attention to detail in identifying inappropriate content.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, or Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
