Job Description
As a Waiter/Waitress at GAIA'S, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages. You will engage with customers to enhance their dining experience, address any inquiries or concerns, and maintain a clean and organized dining area. Your role will also involve collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and assisting in setting up and clearing tables. A friendly demeanor and attention to detail are essential for creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in F&B or customer service is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of food and beverage menu items is a plus.
