Role Summary
The Workday Advanced Compensation Functional Specialist is responsible for managing the Workday Advanced Compensation module. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize compensation planning and ensure effective implementation.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in the configuration, implementation, and optimization of the Workday Advanced Compensation module. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that enhance compensation functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze compensation requirements.
- Design and configure solutions within the Workday Advanced Compensation module.
- Support functionalities related to compensation planning, bonuses, merit, and stock plan administration.
- Work closely with technical teams to validate testing scenarios and ensure system integrity.
- Conduct system testing and resolve any defects identified during the process.
- Provide end-user training and develop relevant documentation for system users.
- Stay updated on Workday features and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Job Requirements
Experience with Workday’s Advanced Compensation module configuration and implementation.
Strong understanding of Workday business processes related to merit cycles, bonus plans, and compensation reviews.
Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
Experience in conducting system testing and resolving defects.
Demonstrated leadership skills as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
