Role Summary

The Workday Talent & Performance + Recruiting Functional Consultant is responsible for leading and supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday's Talent & Performance and Recruiting modules. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to enhance talent acquisition and performance management processes.

Job Description

In this position, you will engage with various business units to gather requirements and design effective solutions within the Workday platform. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration of business processes and functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday Talent & Performance and Recruiting modules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Design and configure Workday business processes, including job requisitions and candidate management.
  • Conduct system testing, prepare test cases, and resolve defects.
  • Provide end-user training and develop comprehensive documentation.
  • Stay updated with Workday features and recommend process improvements.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and manage project teams for successful outcomes.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Workday Talent & Performance and Recruiting modules.

Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into system configurations.

Proven ability to configure Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboards.

Experience in conducting system testing and preparing documentation.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
