Communications specialist

Originally started as a summer intern, after three months of learning in entry level position, was made full time. One year from there, promoted to a different department. After three years, again, promoted to another position, all aligning me closer and closer to my career goals. Management is very helpful in listening to future development and rewards efforts to better improve yourself. A very friendly family atmosphere always checking in on emotional, mentally wellbeing and workload. Many people often send a helping hand when you ask or before you ask. Very Safety and Environment conscious in regards to the site, the town, employees and contractors. Doesn't mind speaking up about safety initiatives and don't hesitate to implement urgent needs. Even in the midst of COVID, the company always goes the extra mile to communicate possible exposures and stresses more safety precautions for all employees. free lunches, celebratory events for safety, environmentally friendly, asks of employee input, reasonable benefits pricing, no prior experience needed for operators, tuition reimbursement, growing vacation time
Cons
nothing I can think of, too many lunches? :)
