Capco benefits from their employees bringing in contract opportunities, so if networking isn't your thing, this may not be for you.
great work-life balance, good salary
admin work takes longer times and is a little unorganized
Associate consultant
Good work-life balance, good work culture
Slow career Progression Low Salaries
Management consulting senior consultant
Good relationship with client. Mostly adjusted with client's requirements
Due to working in client's environment, capco's identity sometimes get shadowed
Managing principal
Ask for forgiveness, not permission' still rings true. Capco is an organisation which is big enough to challenge the Big 4, but small enough to retain the entrepreneurial spirit which has made is successful in the last 25 years. Colleagues are positive and open, healthy discussion / debate can be had and there are some incredibly talented and smart people here to learn from. Work-life balance can be variable but show me a consultancy where it isn't.... superb and bold move to appoint an internal promote to Global CEO.
Growing out of the office space
Good to start your career Salary
Wipro acquisition was not beneficial
Can be really good but all dependant on project. Salary is decent compared to other competitiors.
Hard to get a promo if you are on multiple projects (due to promo cycle). Bonus could be better.
The health and dental insurance plan that covers dependents is excellent! The meal and food allowance with a great value, along with remote work assistance. Besides, there are other benefits such as a language learning platform, albeit with limited slots, but it's great...
Slow progress, despite high performance, will hardly get you promoted because seniority counts more than excellence.
1. I have had a fantastic exp so far. 2. The company culture is supportive and collaborative, with a team that's passionate about what they do. I've had opportunities to learn and grow, and my ideas and contributions are valued. 3. The leadership team is approachable and transparent, and there are many resources available for professional development.
Nothing as of now. No cons as such.
