Opportunity to network and try new projects. Being 'on the bench' is a great way to build your network as someone right out of college. They care about the young employees and make sure they're set up for success.
The clients come first. You don't get to roll off a project if it's a toxic client.

Bodyshopping roles, client opportunities concentrated in one or two big accounts, promotion based on who you are mates with and if there is "space" for you rather than performance
pay more than other companies (mostly due to poor rep) get exposure to more projects than big4 (mostly because leadership dont want to)
in SG hire foreigners into leadership roles all offices promote favourites VS most competent no clear operating model, regularly use unethical practices to stop you getting support (the COO has misled multiple people)

People think too highly of themselves, especially mid level people or lower level partners. The highest ranking partners are pretty nice and chill.
