1 Supportive colleagues and senior management. 2. Recognition and rewards for contributing above and beyond. 3. Hybrid working model
No cons to share so far.

Easy work life balance to handle.
Pay is not enough for tasks you will be asked to do.

I really enjoy working at Capco. I've been with the company almost 20 years! The team is friendly and supportive, and there are lots of chances to learn new skills and grow in your career. The work is interesting and keeps you challenged. Managers are easy to talk to and care about employees. They also respect work-life balance. Overall, it’s a great company to work for.
I don't have any cons, Capco has been a great company to work for.
- Be yourself at work isn't just a cheesy tagline, People are genuine! - SLT in Scotland always approachable and friendly. - Open environment in terms of asking questions and growing.
- Work can be quite repetitive

People are great. Many interesting backgrounds
Some projects are interesting. Others are brutally mundane. Impossible to get off of a project you don't want to be on.
Senior consultant
Be your self at work
Promotion eligibility can be cumbersome
- Coach and Senior Leadership are supportive - Peers are supportive - Current engagement is interesting and the environment is to my liking - Work life balance is great
- Diversity could be improved slightly - More opportunities to meet as a domain would be appreciated - Bonus range was different than discussed in the recruitment process
Associate consultant
Hybrid mode of working, office in nice location
Interns have no work to do

Capco offers a variety of ways to contribute to the firm's growth and success, and unmatched access to leadership and decisionmakers (getting time on calendars is easier here than anywhere I've been). There isn't a one-size-fits-all approach to career development and if you're ambitious, you can create your own journey. Although we're a niche firm, primarily focused on the financial services industry, the diversity of projects across our domains and solutions, along with internal contribution work, keeps things interesting. Above all, the people at Capco are smart, helpful and kind. Our #beyourselfatwork culture sets the tone for inclusion, and there is an expectation that people are able to be their authentic selves at work. Shape-shifting and codeswitching aren't required to be successful here. Senior leaders are committed to improving diversity at the firm and are both open and receptive to feedback around how to improve.
Capco's culture and pace can certainly feel a bit daunting for those who aren't as extroverted or outspoken, or who need more time to prepare and process. The nimble, "it-is-what-you-make-it" gray areas of the firm can be confusing, and there's also more we could do to invest in learning opportunities for our people. And as with most roles and firms, there's more work to do than time.
