The management of Capco is overly cautious. It failed to chase the growth needed to develop the brand and employees career paths. As a result, most employees were frustrated, stressed, angry, and unsure about their future. It was ridiculous. If you plan to join here, my first piece of advice would be to avoid it. If you can't skip it, make sure that you get noticed by the management to win some favors. It might help you stick here for long and skip the exhausting, brutal hours the others were putting in. Don't make any real friends, and everyone is just fake. BEWARE!
