No code Tech stacks With so many clients across different projects Reaching out to the right person to help with a particular problem could be a pain most of my time I spent learning a new technology on the fly, why grateful for that, it could also be a problem if performance is compromised by working with something outside your field of expertise

Short sighted hiring last year/two (over expansion) has crippled the company. High churn and not rewarding talent. Clique-y upper management. Performance review process is flawed and totally luck dependent.
