You will work with some of the smartest people in tech. Some VP and above are highly ambitious with great experience in Finance/FinTech sector. Stable and growing despite major restructuring. Probably has the best leave policy (inclusive of maternity and paternity) among major banks.
In some cases, too much time is wasted on meetings which takes away valuable working hours. Lack of direction in some teams; lack of innovation and design thinking. Some managers are immune to feedback and have unrealistic expectations, they are also the ones fostering an unhealthy work culture of elongated work hours.
Relationship manager
Global network, relatively flat organization, dress code is quite casual, hybrid roles
Current reorganisation is taking a toll on the morale, stressful and taking too Long
Avp-project manager
Good place to work in CSIPL

Good opportunity for internal movement and explore career options
Work life balance is bad and less focus on skill development. Decisions are made by senior management and is left to junior and mid level managers to figure it out and justify those decisions. Citi pays well to people joining from competitors which leaves internal talent somewhat dissatisfied.
Manager
Extremely Good cultural and good salary
No cons here. Nothing bad
Model risk management
Flexible working hours, hybrid, central location of the office
Little liaison with the actual business owners
