You will work with some of the smartest people in tech. Some VP and above are highly ambitious with great experience in Finance/FinTech sector. Stable and growing despite major restructuring. Probably has the best leave policy (inclusive of maternity and paternity) among major banks.
In some cases, too much time is wasted on meetings which takes away valuable working hours. Lack of direction in some teams; lack of innovation and design thinking. Some managers are immune to feedback and have unrealistic expectations, they are also the ones fostering an unhealthy work culture of elongated work hours.
Relationship manager
Global network, relatively flat organization, dress code is quite casual, hybrid roles
Current reorganisation is taking a toll on the morale, stressful and taking too Long
Avp-project manager
Good place to work in CSIPL
Nothing as such seems. No cons
Product manager
Citi has good health benefits.
Citi unfortunately has lower pay compared to competitors
Svp finance
Good opportunity for internal movement and explore career options
Work life balance is bad and less focus on skill development. Decisions are made by senior management and is left to junior and mid level managers to figure it out and justify those decisions. Citi pays well to people joining from competitors which leaves internal talent somewhat dissatisfied.
Manager
Extremely Good cultural and good salary
No cons here. Nothing bad
Model risk management
Flexible working hours, hybrid, central location of the office
Little liaison with the actual business owners
Vice president
Lots of opportunities to move around Great place to learn at one of the worlds largest banks
Can be typically bureaucratic like a lot of large banks
Managing director
Good, better, or best. All depends.
Bad, worse, or worst, time will tell
Operations analyst
safe regular 9-5, you know clearly what is expected from you
little room to make a real impact as an individual contributor, Bureaucratic as you would expect from a big corporation
Customer service representative
PTO Benefits Team spirit Managers are great
Lots of calls Stress from angry clients

Genuinely a good company to work for. Best pay in the industry. Pay raises every year. All Federal holidays off with pay. Great amount of PTO & sick days. Room for growth (in the right marketplace.) Off Sundays.
Constant system issues. Old technology. Company too big, so a lot of different dept. to deal with, so no one is on same page, even between branches. Working with public can get intense and being constantly disrespected by customers with little to no support from management & corporate. Not too much turn over can be bittersweet since you have to work with people with no drive, that should not be working there, having to picking up their slack. Can work up to 6 days a week, but still within 40hrs. Consolidating positions to put more on a workload on 1 person due to shortstaffing. Bonuses are discretionary, and the goal posts are always being moved, so seems almost impossible to get bonuses, but you're still expected to meet monthly and annual goals.
Aml compliance analyst

Work life balance is good.Management does not put much pressure.
Technically very slow to adapt to new tools. HRs are very unprofessional ,basically, they do nothing.

* lots of free time - worked here during covid and was forgotten.
* no challenges * mangers arent so great, especially the ones that were recently promoted. Those are the ones that micro manage * felt dumber leaving than joining...

My peers are bright hardworking people.
Leadership politics gets in the way of everything. Quality is an after thought -- if at all.
Great place to gain experience and move ahead
Low to no bonuses recently despite high performance
Good staff behaviour and helping
Not such till now for sure
Friendly environment to work, helpful seniors
Lot of time spend in meetings
Vp- human resources
Sound company Good benefits Best and brightest have worked there Regulatory scrutiny has led to new positions being created Great company if you are the right demographics and have a "friend"
Senior managers (MDs) easily intimidated--heavy bias in recruiting Entitlement culture by some leaders leads to self-preservation Cycles of layoffs - 10K impacted recently. (sad) Regulatory scrutiny recent years has led to higher demands
Investment banking senior analyst
Good training ground, I left for PE as have many former colleagues which speaks to the brand's strength. Culture highly dependent on the group you join: variability in team size, leadership, etc. Very international.
Very bureaucratical but there's a holistic strategy. Or at least there was when I joined in 2021. They compete for the best deals but there are 2-3 better banks which translates into several buy-side processes.
The work life balance is unlike any other. Great work culture and everyone helps to empower each other.
Sometimes we have deadlines that exceed output that can be delivered and superiors can offer concerns about it.
Well compesnated Cultural diversity Flexible hours Great platform
Technology Internal Control Unmotivated staff
