customers in the area are super rude and uneducated, they will complain about you even if you did not do anything wrong, and Citi have the mindset that customer is king so you will always be in the wrong which is frustrating.

Work and life balance is nowhere to be seen

Instability given the ongoing restructuring

Tight deadlines Stressed Lack of support

Very big corporation can be tough to navigate

Workload, Fast paced (may not be negative factor but...), Sometimes many layers hierarchically

Citi as a whole is very contradictory.
