Lots of roles involve being on the phone. Phone jobs are hell. Tight goals, high expectations Low pay for rolls

Although there is a diversity initiative, they do not treat people of color well. Also, they employ very invasive practices. Also, their training tactics are questionable (they use too much coding), they would let you flap your wings and exhaust yourself before giving you an explanation. Also, advancement can be tough. It is a man's world.

No respect from the team and anyone can call anyyime. No pay on working on Saturday release.

The bureaucracy and red tape can be frustrating. Change takes a long time to occur at Citi. Their systems tend to be outdated or they modify a great platform and in the process make it clunky and inefficient. You are just a number and regardless of your contributions to the organization, you can be cut without any thought to your annual ratings, tenure, institutional knowledge or even the tasks you perform.

The new hire training and ongoing trainings are poor. You have to learn everything yourself.

Silos, politics, no planned leadership succession in most teams because the subordinate's level is far from the manager. They tend to hire from outside.

Not cultural fit for me

Canteen food can be better

pretty much every else. Some departments are worse than others though.

The clients and some of the policies were hard to deal with at times.

Most people won't have such a good team to work with. Promotions are difficult

I would say too new to rate.

The customers were horrible and goals are unattainable and kept getting worse month over month

No work life balance and you are expected to work on weekends. Toxic managers and you have to obey them, otherwise expect all narcissistic behaviours. No diversity.
