Manager is not so friendly

Personal: 3-4 hours away from home, that's all

Work is beyond hours but that's normal for many set-ups now.

toxic culture Hike is 5 to 7% max 10 % HRs don't give a damn if resources are managers and important inspite of proofs-strict trainings and all are for normal employees aggressive work culture-they are always super hasty-5 days work in 1 day they want. 1 night I didn't sleep and decided enough was enough late night work-10 to 12 hours people work-not me. Managers and all are super toxic-very insecure and fragile ego Rude in speaking like managers and upper management-some are ,not all are. Citi doesn't care about you -it's a profit and loss mindset company. Other people got laid off in front of my eyes inspite of performing great,It fires whenever it wants.I resigned on my own-I was a java developer for years and they were forcing me to work on python,my profile was java developer .So that's unacceptable. And managers don't respect women-are not mature at all,they behave like children -very insecure ,god knows what power they want over others ,even over women it's beyond my understanding HR of Singapore,India and other places are assigned just for company's profit.I faced it and learnt ,they are emotionless and profit and have loss mindset.They gaslight ,manipulate you using professional jargons..

A lot of access issue.

Old tech stack. Lot of legacy and compliance process to follow.

Internal movement is very much limited

Shift timing 1-10 pm which is bad

Limited ability to grow. HR places random obstacles to advancement. Little room to move up pay scale within same job role.
