-Pay is a bit low but considerable as first timers -The onboarding sched was a bit frustrating for me and a lot from our batch felt the same due to constant changes of start dates.

*they love unhealthy competition thats leads to have politics and influence for promotion * Directors and Managers data inaccuracies * HR are sleepy there not aware whats going on about the operations thats leads to some leaders to corrupt. They take action base only what they hear (one sided)

I was assigned to wfh for a bank profile. That campaign went redundant and they kept whole staff under shadows 3 months, in these months u cannot apply another position bcz all has been freeze. Then offer roles basis what they prefer without giving preference on the staff. So end of day ppl will get tired resign by themselves so they hv to pay redundancy payout. No need to mention about the pay its will same lowest compared to any other org in same field.

No cons, It's all good.

then terminates you when training period is about to finish.

No free Cab for Men , Smoking zone too far , Food wasn't really good

Moto: "Think Human" is not living it's purpose and idea at the fullest. as they are advertising. Employee is not respected and listened. For long time no guidance and structure in the team, overtime not payed, no recognition from management. Additional certification and professional growth within the role is not rewarded and reflected in compensation. There is no annually increase, not even a tiny one to beat the inflation. No bonuses.

Administrative team most of the times are not along with you and the vibes they give (even RRHH) is like you are not allowed to talk. At least with the referral program I had issues getting a walmart card since I had to do a follow up with my TL in order to be able to claim it.

Cab facility for boys is payable

I do not have many cons that are relevant to others.

Training materials could include more practical examples and the courses in cnx could have been in online mode which can be accessed easily other than cnx alloted systems.

Leadership culture, environment, and attendance policy could be improved

Work life balance and Strict policies, one mistake can lead to disciplinary action.

In some instances, low performers were disproportionately blamed for overall results, creating an environment where individuals felt they could become scapegoats if performance goals were not achieved.

Nepotism. Promotiom is always based on favorites
