Good infrastructure and cafeteria and hiring process is good.
Female employees are not safe there. I am facing severe harrasment there. People uses abusive language, heating people by rod or ball, badmintons in front of TLs and manager and trainers. And they are laughing and involving them in this act. I have complaint so many times to My TL, Manager and HR as well but issue is increased after complaint. I do not know whom to reach now. Some female employees are also involved in this act. I am working in Gurgaon, SP infocity. It's a telecom based process. It seems like management involved in all of these and spreading my day to day life with everyone there. I do not know how they are finding all of these information which I am doing at my home. If an employee leaked companies personal information, they got punished by the company but should an employee do when company leaking there personal information of family and friends.

No growth. You get promotion on paper with no salary increase, on best case scenario you get $2 pay increase. You don't get time to use the bathroom that's on your time. Clock in clock out. PCI no phones. Micromanagement at it's peak. You are just a piece of s h i t that no one cares about and that's how management see the staffs. Most staffs there are immigrants basically looking for papers. 98% are immigrants and the management are Canadians. Younger Canadians can't last a day in this company. They never do. If you are just looking to pay your rent and bills, then it's a great choice but if you have an option think twice. Any immigrant reading this, it's better to stay one more month jobless while actively searching than taking this job, it's a trap. Once you get in it's almost harder to get out than it was getting a job. Even if you have interviews you'll definitely be missing them cos you can't even peep your phone or reply messages. Don't spend more than 3 - 6 months max on this job.
