I honestly cannot think of any, apart from, training was insightful - people seem pleasant.
Terrible shifts, portray ‘no pressure’ until you are under severe pressure. Do not even think about having a medical emergency whilst under their employ, I was in emergency dept in hospital for 9.75 hours, and harassed 6 hours later to ask why I wasn’t in work - even though I had stated that this could be a possibility. Then, when I asked ‘not to be contacted’ - I was indeed contacted within five minutes. Absolutely NO LIFE experience or HUMANITY whatsoever.

Concentrix is one of well-known BPO companies in Malaysia, and it caters to quite a number of different clients. Technically, you'll have different experiences depending on your project and managers. Personally, the project that I was assigned to was really fun and we had great relationship with each other, however, I already moved to a different project now and I really miss my old colleagues and the environment
Don't trust the higher ups. They sugar coat everything, and screw that "we're family" ideology. I only stayed in my previous project because I really liked my colleagues, but the management needs A LOT of improvements
