Too much workload fot too litle money

- Salary evolution for non-tariff employees has consistently failed to match inflation since 2019. - HR department is an utter disaster and has done irreparable harm to Continental in Europe over the last years. Inquiries and questions are replied by meaningless management speech without content. Salary negotiations or reviews are denied flat out, despite support by the legal department head. - Very high employee turnover makes work very stressful, remaining employees often carry double work load for significant periods of time, again due to HR incompetency and failure to approve applications by department heads to refill existing positions for several months (!).

Niche industry, only if you are pasionate it is worth it

Too.much politics region wise. If you are local then it will be a dream place for u . If u are techie u will get bullied

Management is not very involved which isn’t the best

- am prins perioada de criza in companie, astfel nu au mai existat asa de multe activitati - prea multe sedinte ce incarcau programul fara rost, dar la care tot trebuie sa participi (si tot tu erai oarecum vinovat ca nu apucai sa iti faci treaba la timp) - distanta pana la birou - echipament de lucru nu chiar asa de performant (trebuia sa stau ceva timp pana ce se deschidea leptopul + abia rulau emulatoarele) - indisponibilitatea de posturi
