-The HR department's behavior fell short of expectations during the contract signing -There was a hurried lady who did not want to give me a few minutes to read the documents I was about to sign. -They told me during the interview that there would be no overtime, but shortly after starting, overtime hours were already "required" -Very disorganized; there was no designated person from whom I could take over tasks -the bathrooms are absolutely filthy, and the kitchen is the same, while the water from the water dispenser is not drinkable at all

Continental is a global leader in automotive technology, known for innovative solutions like advanced driver-assistance systems and sustainable tire production. Their strong focus on research and development ensures high-quality products that enhance vehicle safety and efficiency.
Continental's reliance on the automotive industry makes it vulnerable to market fluctuations and supply chain disruptions. Some customers have reported inconsistent after-sales support, which can affect brand trust in certain regions.

- see title - lots of benefits compared to other entry jobs (although see the related point below)
- untrusting & untrustworthy management; the ”little man” has no word in the company's strategy - very low salary compared to the SW job market - benefits have started to decrease because of the dumbest term of all time : "cost saving" (cost saving should be made at process level, not at employee level, just a thought)
Good product lineup, Good technologies
