Being a German company sometimes policies are strictly followed

Too many people managing projects, most of them are not so good topics. They also focus so much on scrum, created so many non developer roles which do not add value to the project.

little bit pressure during the work

Overworked, less pay, no raise in 3 years (quit eventually), ended up with depression because of the way the manager treated me, there is no place for sheep's in a room full of wolves

Payment is not that good.

Decent salary, the gate sometimes didn't let me in.

No shuttle services. Fluctuating. Overall, still good.

Everything was great, I do not have cons.
