Developers in automotive project application teams don't get great amount of development work since majority is handled by base team

Didn t like what i was doing.

It is hard to be promoted in hard times for the company but iti due to the market now, not the company itself.

Global crisis in automotive, budget is tight.

Work/life balance can sometimes be challenging, especially in budgeting and month-end-closing periods

They are now selling the Automotive business.

No structure in the internship program

Payments were a bit low

Excessive management, lack of direction and advancement perspectives, close-minded mentality among internal teams

Somehow the only one minus will be the intro program, or better to say the absence of it.

No team building. Not connecting people active. Too dedetached from work

Career advancement and promotions may depend heavily on team, project and manager

You learn only from your tasks You learn everything, but nothing in detail to give you a good qualification for growth / change job or company Career growth is mostly based on social skills and years worked at the company. Minimal interest in technical profencies. A lot of unnecessary documentation. Work from home - bad, work from office - good.

Some Departments thinks only about themselves and not as a whole organization with regards to cost impact and other initiatives

Micromanages and not clear a career path

Micro management is started inside the company to reduce total strength to half due to loss

Bad atmosphere, no clear view for future.

Pretty much everything else: - thing are quite chaotic right now at least on the automotive side which will soon be separated, locations are being closed, not much money is coming in, people are leaving - at least in Romania they are known for paying way bellow market value - aggressive return to office policies as of fall 2025

Stuck in the 1970s Very bureaucratic Lots of red tape and administration. Lots of levels with people who have no real accretive value.

too many changes in ORG

It depends very much on the team and the amount of work is relative... there are some people who don't work at all, while others do the whole work

Slow learning place. Not suitable for software engineer who is having background for web development

Due to global crisis on automotive sector, you can face some instability

1. Salary not par with industry standard based on one's educational qualifications

Depending too much on each other, no clear responsibility.

Project are disorganized, it is hard to learn something new if you are a senior, mostly the focus is on the form and not on the essence

As a software developer you will not get a chance to work on new technology

No cons, every thing is good

The office location is a little bit far away

salary is very low, not good
