Good salary but no new challenges
No new projects available for automotive
Flexible, nice atmosphere, interesting work
Sometimes slow processes, transparency could be improved
Workplace flexibility and travel opportunities.
Politics and weak senior leadership
good environment and work culture
No Con's I faced yet
Cool team and ok management
Small salary and little place to grow
Good work, colleagues and chances for building a nice career path. Opportunities to grow, but perhaps not at this moment in time.
Current spin-off transition comes with the market uncertainty and lack of projects awarded. Reduction in workforce is currently ongoing from time to time. At least they are transparent about it and helpful along the way.
