Lack of oppurtunity for moving up

- Compensation/Salary could be better - Job ladder is uncertain - Some KPIs are not performance based such as no. of hours logged for a year etc.

Sometimes can be challenging. You should be open for self-learning process.

Less hikes No perks No extra facilities for its employees

The process of changing the working technology is hard. Slow internal development process.

Automotive industry is going down, and so are the jobs in the company slowly little by little going away. Company does not have any more money to spend of business trips, employee benefits such as yearly bonuses, and lastly does not have any more money for salaries.

Long term I don’t see how you can grow and I don’t think the pay is that amazing - it does the job

No hikes. Not good for freshers

No cons, sometimes u have to stretch a bit to finish task when project is near SOP

to me, there seems no such cons in being in Company

RND department not technical competitive as other region. It could be the first choice to layoff.

Underpaid staff, lack of guidance, and lack of discipline drives team to put in minimum effort and look elsewhere. Lack of communication from management leads to gossip.

Transparency about future of work and team.

Too many head count increase letting good/old employees suffer due to absence of project.

Depending on the team, the workload can vary; some teams may have less work, but it was overloaded in my case.
