Work load distribution needs to be improved

Very Stagnant, Hard to climb ladder

Lack of ability for lateral movement in the Contitech Division. The 4th of July had to be moved to another time as Germany did not recognize this holiday when it came to closing the quarter. The company has gone thru a reorganization and is now trying to divest Contitech over the next year.

Management is not that good

Bad culture, communication Bureaucracy People without technical knowledge on leading positions

The hr staff is extremely rude and abrasive to the new employees who don’t understand what’s going on or is happening and have no remorse at all

Not applicable for all departments

Low salary, poor management, stupid and unnecessary rules

Nothing i can think as cons

Uncertain and unequal work load
