Lots of development processes dictated by the industry and regulations, but are poorly implemented.

The stability is not good recently

Just a cog in a machine type of vibe. I'm not validated as a high performer (which I am, objectively). No opportunities for advancements, or if there are any, everything is happening slowly. Pay raises once every year and a half, not rising to follow the inflation at least.

Management is hit or miss. Got a lot of old legacy managers still that don't know how to navigate an increasingly fast paced industry and provide the right support for employee body.

Management is rude. Full time employees treat new employees like crap to chase them away for their own job security. They highly fail new employees on training and let them learn everything the hard way while still blaming it on the trainees when the trainers are not training properly and showing bad habits but call out the new people for the same thing to keep the eyes on the new guy and off them.

Centralized decisions on Germany, rigid framework block the company agility, no freedom to adjust the procedures to the local culture, growing inside oportunities inside are very few, is easier to outside commers.

Overall company has no future roadmap. Often think how on an earth think company can be so big but have futuristic plans.

Currently there are no downsides to my position
