Management here year after year getting worst especially General Manager and above..not to mention our Board of Director...they just attend the meeting and getting their allowance..each meeting allowance cost a fortune.

Really a balanced life if you're working here. Every one is so supportive and understanding, especially if you have an emergencies. No problem taking a long leave so long as you get your work done. Oh and really great health benefit!
The inter-department comm/relationship is a bit lacking, almost a silo work culture especially with other subsidiaries. You have to really chase it if you want things done
