Full time there means full day, crunch and pressure, very bad managment and very poor relationships between employees, very fake, they all just Sycophant who just want to be good boys, technical skills won't get you anywhere since most engineers you work with are poor technically so they compensate this with Sycophancy.

it is a very young start up so it makes people think it is a not stable environment

It takes so long for the HR to approve salary adjustments. As well as the Finance, the approval on reimbursements.

-Communication can be siloed sometimes, which could result in information not being disseminate to the right department -Salary should be able to adjusted to a higher banding (not a meaningless whining, but this should be about the company growth/earning and the employee's capabilities)
