The worklife balance is absolutely non existant. They will say that you can take as many leaves as you can but only the early founders of the compnay do that and leave whenever. The pay is way below average according ro market standards. They will try to convince you that there is good work but its hardly a software compnay and more of a logistics company. Disgusting politics from managers , you have to make them happy. Some teams are better.
