- No support from HODs, Mgrs of certain Channels - Trust issues with newbies - No Leadership skills as mgmt team are mostly in their early 30s & they only managed to climb to where they are bcoz they started when the company was a startup.. they have never lead a team before. - Mgmt are like a Fraternity of Bros - HR is poor with processes not implmented - HR doesn't monitor the newbies ending of their probation, & staff needs to chase them for answers, reason given delayed by 2 mths as they are TOO BUSY! - Benefits are poor & they are constantly cost cutting & retrenching despite claiming in the process of obtaining IPO - Poor culture where festives are neglected, no deco & coming together to celebrate the occasions as a community
