Open communication and disucssion across all level
Sometimes can get a little hectic
Friendly working enviroment Open communication Get freedom on how to handle your tasks
Salary package is low compare with market rate The HR is not that professional as they always delay on our request
There is some sort of work life balance
1. Culture sucks, people are not cooperative and unwilling to change, very SME and not like a startup 2. Management wants you to work everyday in office but can't get the physical comfort, safety and security of the environment right (building mouldy, toilets leaking, lift doors can't close...) 3. Bosses don't know how to manage staff, end up choosing to micromanage, tracking what time you come to work and what time you leave. At the same time, colleagues are lazy, leave work early and full of gossip. Alot of gossip happening and sowing discord amongst one another.
Wonderful pantry with heavenly coffee.
1) Work Culture pretty much a matter of "Do 1st, Firefight later". Gungho startup mentality very much alive here. 2) No proper SOP across countries or even within Singapore. It all depends on who's doing it. 3) Toxic cliques amongst management and their minions. 4) Chasing after investor funds comes before rectifying glaring issues. 5) Literally toxic environment in the office. Staff openly vaping in the office and even in meetings itself. There are permanent groups occupying foyers to smoke. Majority of staff doesn't wear their mask in the office. 6) Attrition rate for staff a super high. Most leave within 2yrs max. Reviews by those who gave 5 stars are fake or given by inexperienced ones who don't know better.
-casual working style -supportive mentors and colleagues -allowed to explore and experiment on own projects -extremely helpful colleagues who would willingly help out in ops during big sales period
-staff benefits (other than basic co-payment health and dental care)
I've been in Ninja Van more than x years. It's one of best place for everyone who has startup spirit / want to make something big. I have a chance to work with experienced people in SEA and of course, In a startup company l was allowed to try on a lot of different tasks, even that weird one that you didn't think you would ever like.
-Benefit is so bad (Salary is competitive). No insurrance, no OT for all (except Fleet team). - Company politic. - Career Promotion (Fleet team) is unfair. (Im not in that team, everyone can see what happened in this team.) - Organization chart
Colleagues are all very young and passionate about their work Very flexible and casual environment Action oriented
Can get very busy at times
– Lots of Perks – Resources
– Hard to Get Ahead – You’re Just a Number
It's a progressive company, always challenging status quo and improving. Flat hierarchy, collaborative and vibrant place to work in.
