Little bit of a ceiling in terms of salary growth and career growth. Very good place to learn and gain experience, but depending on your personal goals it may or may not make sense to look for new roles if looking for a big move upwards.

Worst work life balance. Unhealthy force practices by giving unnatural targets forcing employees to work more than 14 to 15 hours, facing health issues in 6 months afterwards. No management concern on employees health. No proper guidence on future growth of their employees, non healthy shifts system for ladies as well

The very high-up management is awful, stagnant
