Stagnant Limited roles Lack of diversity

Hard to earn rasies and you are set on the company timeline for an promotion or movement.

None that other companies may not have.

Micromanagement Not much opportunity to grow professionally (in my department)

Little room to grow your career. Very focused on hitting annual numbers.

Nothing, all is good, best only

Micro management, no work life balance, unrealistic targets,

Since org restructure, it has been bad .Shaky and undecisive leadership. Lot of internal extremely bad politics at play, especially onshore vs offsore where onshore wants to take the credit for all the work done by offshore. Favoritism openly seen. Unskilled People hired by references. Extreme pressure.

Work Life Balance is not much

Work life balance. Nothing else I can think off

Disorganized at points for such an established firm

Not a lot of leeway from higher ups of work needing to get done. Software Teams are very overloaded with work and tight deadlines.

Service Based and not product based

None so far, timings might be hectic

Scope of learning is less or nothing. Career prospective its just ok.

Minimal career progression. Salary is meh, you can find somewhere better if you really want that.

Frequent changes to org structure

There are oppotunites at the company as it is embracing AI and other high technology, but the promotion won't be as fast as other high-tech companies, if you want to climb the career ladder.

Sales goal is high, product is not as impressive in the market

Complete Micromanagement, No Technical knowledge at top level leadership, No Planning on Tools and Technologies, Every 6 months they change technologies and plans of development and Testing without proper planning

Constant restructure and instability Sales leadership is does not support front line employees but constantly negotiates amongst themselves for resources

Creative work can feel heavily templated and approval-driven Slow decision-making due to layered stakeholders and compliance requirements Limited upward mobility for designers without moving into management Innovation often takes a back seat to operational priorities

Company has slow growth in terms of promotion

Politics , religion issues I believe

Leadership is not transparent with information and this trickles down to the rest of the company. Everyone works in silos resulting in withheld information throughout the organization which leads to inefficiency

- no training - got the vibe that my manager didnt want to interact with me / didnt like me on week 1 - lots of work and expectations for below market pay

Increments are very less in %,Moving towards AI and Automation, Career Growth

Easy integration, great employees across the world

The salary is not competitive

Uncertainty due to frequent leadership changes recently

Increments are way lower than industry standard

Unlimited leave is a scam, you always see 0 PTO days available in your portal, should work with direct manager for any PTO or vacation

Working culture is too chill!

quite difficult to get a promotion in certain departments, internal movement is sometimes easier

High stress environment with uncertainty in leadership direction

Mediocre salary, mostly everything about your career is manager subjective, a lot of changes regularly,
